BEFORE CLAIMING THIS WELCOME OFFER PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this “Welcome Offer” Promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. The Promotion will run from 15.05.2024 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

  1. This Promotion is available to new customers of partycasino.com (the “Website”) who:
    1. are over 18 years old;
    2. have a verified Website account;
    3. have not made a deposit before;
    4. are resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland; and
    5. have not registered for and/or used any other Welcome Offers on any of the Party Brands.

    (an “Eligible Player”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

  1. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Players must:
    1. access their Website account;
    2. Make a first deposit worth a minimum of €10 and a maximum €100 (a “Qualifying Deposit”).
  2. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, MoneyBookers, Paysafe, Skrill, Apple Pay or via any pre-payment card will not qualify for this Offer.
  3. The Qualifying Deposit must be made in a single transaction (accumulated deposits will not count).
  4. Once a Qualifying Deposit is made, Eligible Players will receive 100% slots bonus up to €100 (the “Bonus”).

BONUS SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. The Bonus can only be used on the following slots games:
    1. Big Bass Splash
    2. Big Bass Bonanza

  2. The Bonus can be claimed by visiting the “My Bonuses” section of the “Offers” tab on the Website.
  3. Once claimed, the Bonus will then be credited to the Bonus Balance section of an Eligible Player's Website account. If the Bonus does not appear automatically, Customer Services should be contacted before playing again.
  4. The Bonus will be subject to the following wagering requirements:
    • A WAGERING REQUIREMENT OF 30 TIMES THE BONUS AMOUNT.
  5. The Bonus must be claimed, used and its wagering requirements met within thirty (30) days of it becoming available in an Eligible Player's Website account or it may be forfeited.
  6. Eligible Players will only be permitted to withdraw any remaining pending winnings from their “Bonus Balance” wallet and the “Pending Winnings” wallet once they have satisfied the 30x wagering requirements.
  7. Whilst the funds in the Cash Balance wallet can be withdrawn at any time before the necessary Wagering Requirements have been met (whilst your Bonus is Active), this will mean that any winnings sitting in your Bonus Balance wallet and/or your Pending Winnings wallet will be forfeited.
  8. There is no cash alternative to the Bonus.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

  2. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
  5. In the event of any error, system failure, or any other type of error that may result in the crediting of funds, winnings, or rewards to a player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter will try and correct the error as soon as possible after becoming aware of the same. This means that the Promoter may withhold or reclaim funds or winnings in connection with the issue in order to place an affected account to the same status it was immediately prior to the issue arising.
