  • I can’t register because my data has already been registered. What can I do?

    This means that you have already successfully registered with partycasino. If you have misplaced or forgotten your login data, simply send our Customer Service team a message with your first and last name, your residential address, your date of birth and the e-mail address you provided when registering with partycasino.

    Please state your reason for writing us in your e-mail so that our Customer Service team can get back to you quickly.

  • Once I have registered, can I still change my personal data later?

    Please note that you will no longer be able to modify your basic data, such as your first name and surname, date of birth, the currency for your partycasino account or the country settings. Integrity and trustworthiness are the top priorities for partycasino. You will, however, still be able to change other data even after registration. In special cases, partycasino will verify and accept a change to your basic data, provided you submit the required proof.

  • How do I access my partycasino account?

    Once you have opened a partycasino account, you can access it by entering your user ID and password in the login area (in the upper right corner on our website) and clicking the “Log in” button or hitting the Return (or Enter) key.

  • What do I do if I forget my password?

    To request a new password, click on "Forgotten your password?" on the very top of the home page and follow the instructions. You will be sent a new password via e-mail shortly thereafter. To request a new password, you will need to answer the Secret Question/Answer combination that you specified during registration. Please note: your new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified during registration. For this reason, always make sure you use an active e-mail address in your partycasino account!

  • I have blocked or closed my account but would now like to take advantage of your offers again

    If you block your account, you will not be able to open it again before the specified blockage period expires. Once this period has expired (1 week/1 month/3 months), the account will automatically be re-opened. If the account is blocked or closed for an unlimited period of time, it will be blocked for a minimum of six months and will not be re-opened automatically.

  • How can I change the e-mail address for my account?

    When you are logged in to your PartyCasino account, you can update your e-mail address any time under "My account" / "Settings: Personal details". If you have forgotten or misplaced your user ID or password, simply send an e-mail to our Customer Service team indicating your first and last name, your residential address, your date of birth, and your former and current e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be updated as quickly as possible.
