• You agree that by taking part in the PartyGammon.com tell-a-friend promotion, "Tell-A-Friend: Gammon Million" (the "Promotion"), that you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Tell-A-Friend Terms and Conditions (collectively the "Rules").
• To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
  • be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required;
  • be a Referred Friend or Referring Friend who has satisfied all the requirements of the Tell-A-Friend Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the minimum spend requirements stated at Clause 5 of the Tell-A-Friend Term and Conditions); and
  • not be domiciled in a Restricted Territory.

• The "Promotion Period" will mean the period from 12:00 hours on 13th December 2006 until 11:59hrs on 10th January 2007.
• During the Promotion Period, there will be four individual promotions taking place between the following dates and times:
  • Promotion 1: 12:00 hours on 13th December 2006 to 11:59 hours on 20th December 2006
  • Promotion 2: 12:00 hours on 20h December 2006 to 11:59 hours on 27th December 2006
  • Promotion 3: 12:00 hours on 27th December 2006 to 11:59 hours on 3rd January 2007
  • Promotion 4: 12:00 hours on 3rd January 2007 to 11:59 hours on 10th January 2007
• Qualifying Players who participate in the Promotion will be invited to participate in a free-to-enter backgammon tournament according to which Promotion they have participated in, as follows:
  • Promotion 1: 6th January 2007 at 16:00 hours (Tournament 1)
  • Promotion 2: 7th January 2007 at 16:00 hours (Tournament 2)
  • Promotion 3: 13th January 2007 at 16:00 hours (Tournament 3)
  • Promotion 4: 14th January 2007 at 16:00 hours (Tournament 4)
  For the avoidance of doubt, the date by which entrants are deemed to have taken part in the Promotion is determined by the date within the Promotion Period on which the Referred Friend opens a Player Account by making a minimum US$10 deposit, and NOT the date on which the Referring Friend refers them.
• In the event that a Referred Friend creates a Player Account during the Promotion Period via a referral received prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period, neither the Referred Friend nor Referring Friend will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• The winner of each Tournament and the first runner-up in Tournament 4 (the "Winners") will receive the opportunity to enter the ‘PartyGammon.com Million’ offline backgammon tournament due to take place at the Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas from 21-25 January 2007 (the "Event").
• The "Prize" will mean a prize package worth twelve thousand five hundred US dollars (US$12,500) and which shall comprise:
  • the "buy-in" for the Event worth ten thousand US dollars (US$10,000);
  • eight hundred US dollars (US$800) which shall be deposited into each Winner's Player Account towards those costs incurred by each of the Winners in relation to their expenses, including travel; and
  • Accommodation at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas from January 21 through January 25, 2007, worth $1,700 and including a reception and gala dinner.
• It is the Winners’ responsibility to make appropriate travel arrangements to and from the Event, including flights to and from the Bahamas. The Prize does not include travel insurance, spending money, meals or any other expenses not expressly stated as part of the Prize.
• Winners must be available to travel between 21 and 25 January 2007 and there is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof. The Winners acknowledge that is their responsibility to ensure that all appropriate passport and visa requirements are met before travelling.
• Winners will be contacted by email or telephone within seven days of the end of the Tournament they won. In the event that any of the Winners fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize or cannot travel during the dates of the Offline Tournament, then PartyGammon reserves the right to replace them with another Qualifying Player of its choice.
• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer running on PartyGammon.com or any of the other PartyGaming brand websites.
• Entry to any of the Tournaments (including but not limited to the Offline Tournament) is strictly non-transferable and in the event that any Qualifying Players are found to have transferred or have attempted to transfer their entry then PartyGaming reserves the right to disqualify them from that Tournament.
• Participation or non-participation in this Promotion will not effect on any bonuses due to Qualifying Players under the Tell-A-Friend Standard Terms and Conditions.
• Neither the employees of PartyPoker.com, PartyCasino.com, PartyGammon.com, PartyBingo.com, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, acts in a fraudulent manner, or violates the Rules.
• We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.
• We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly. By your continued participation in the Promotion you acknowledge your acceptance of any such changes.
• Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
• If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability.
• If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is any inconsistency.
