You agree that by taking part in this PartyCasion.com (“PartyCasino”) sign up offer (the “Promotion”) you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our PartyCasino Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).

To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:

not have already opened a Player Account. For the avoidance of doubt you will be deemed to already have a Player Account if you have already opened an account with PartyPoker.com, PartyBingo.com or PartyGammon.com (collectively the “PartyGaming Brands”);

be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where required; and

successfully completed registration at www.partycasino.com and deposited a minimum of fifty United States Dollars (UA $50) (the “Qualifying Deposit”) to open a real money account (“Player Account”).

When a Qualifying Player makes a Qualifying Deposit in accordance with the Rules, PartyCasino will pay the Qualifying Player a sum equal to their Qualifying Deposit up to a maximum of one hundred United States Dollars (US $100) (the “Bonus Amount”).

The Bonus Amount will automatically be added to your Player Account once a Qualifying Deposit has been made, where it will be held until you have wagered an amount that is equal to Ten (10) times the Qualifying Deposit (the “Minimum Play Requirement”). Players will not be able to cash out their Bonus Amount unless and until they have satisfied the Minimum Play Requirement and further provided always that the Minimum Play Requirement must be satisfied within thirty (30) days of you making your Qualifying Deposit (the “Release Conditions”).

The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer running on PartyCasino or any other of the PartyGaming Brands.

If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Terms and Conditions of Use, to seek the return of the value of the Bonus Amount from the Players Account.

Neither the employees of PartyCasino, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.

Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.

If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and the Prize will not be awarded.
