1.
You agree that by taking part in this PartyCasino.com ('PartyCasino')
sign up offer (the 'Promotion')
you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our PartyCasino
Terms
and Conditions of Use (collectively the 'Rules').
2.
To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
i.
be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) where
required;
ii.
successfully complete registration at www.partycasino.com OR www.partybingo.com and
deposited a minimum of twenty-five United States Dollars ($25) / £15 / 20 Euros
(the 'Qualifying Deposit')
to open a real money account ('Player
Account'); and
iii.
not be domiciled in a
(a 'Qualifying
Player(s)')
3.
The ' Promotion Period'
will mean the period from 00:01hrs ET on 7 March 2008 until such time as PartyCasino elects to discontinue the Promotion.
4.
When a Qualifying Player makes a Qualifying Deposit in
accordance with the Rules, PartyCasino (or PartyBingo, where applicable) will pay the Qualifying
Player a sum equal to one hundred percent of their Qualifying Deposit up to a
maximum of no more than one hundred United States Dollars ($100) / one hundred
pounds sterling (£100) / one hundred Euros (€100) (depending on what
currency you made the Qualifying Deposit in) (the 'Bonus Amount').
5.
The Bonus Amount will automatically be added to your Player
Account once a Qualifying Deposit has been made, where it will be held until
you have wagered an amount that is equal to twenty (20) times the Bonus Amount
and Qualifying Deposit combined (the 'Minimum
Play Requirement'). Players will not be able to cash out their
Bonus Amount unless and until they have satisfied the Minimum Play Requirement
and further provided always that the Minimum Play Requirement must be satisfied
within thirty (30) days of you making your Qualifying Deposit (the 'Release Conditions').
6.
The Bonus Amount can be wagered on the following real money

For the avoidance of doubt, single deck blackjack is expressly excluded from

doubt, all other real-money on either of the Sites are
expressly excluded from this Promotion, including but not limited to Single
Deck Blackjack and Roulette on PartyCasino.com.

When a Qualifying Player makes a second Qualifying Deposit in
accordance with the Rules, PartyCasino (or PartyBingo, where applicable) will pay the Qualifying
Player a second sum equal to fifty percent of their second Qualifying
Deposit up to a maximum of no more than one hundred United States Dollars
($100) / one hundred pounds sterling (£100) / one hundred Euros (€100)
(depending on what currency you made the second Qualifying Deposit in) (the 'Second Bonus Amount').
8.
The Second Bonus Amount will automatically be added to your Player
Account once the Release Conditions in relation to the Bonus Amount have been
fulfilled.
9.
The Second Bonus Amount will be held in your Player Account
until you have wagered an amount that is equal to twenty (20) times the Bonus
Amount and Qualifying Deposit combined (the 'Minimum Play Requirement'). Players will not be able to
cash out their Bonus Amount unless and until they have satisfied the Minimum
Play Requirement and further provided always that the Minimum Play Requirement
must be satisfied within thirty (30) days of you making your Qualifying Deposit
(the 'Release Conditions').
10.
The Second Bonus Amount can be wagered on the following real

or any other of the PartyGaming Brands.
12.
If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we
reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Terms and
Conditions of Use, to seek the return of the value of the Bonus Amount from
the Players Account.
13.
Strictly one Bonus Amount per Qualifying Player. In the event
that more than one Bonus mount is accidentally paid to any Qualifying Player,
we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Terms and
Conditions of Use, to seek the return of the value of the Bonus Amount from
the Players Account.
14.
Neither the employees of PartyCasino, PartyBingo, PartyGaming or its
group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their
advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family
members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned
people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
15.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any
individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the
operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
16.
We and our group companies may use the information that you
provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with
information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not
wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.
17.
We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this
Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may
make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes
by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these
Terms and Conditions regularly.
18.
Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be
resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned,
and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
19.
If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any
problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no
liability and the Prize will not be awarded.
